A Good Murder - episode synopsis

Below is a synopsis for both parts of A Good Murder:

• Episode 1 - Forced to remain at home looking after her mother, Kay is seduced by handsome Niko, an illegal Albanian immigrant. The fairytale romance runs smoothly, until Niko confesses he owes money to gangsters and plans to flee - but then learns that Phyllis' house (Kay's mother) is worth £1.8 million, and Kay is the sole beneficiary

• Episode 2 - Kay discovers she is pregnant and blackmails her brother Ralph when he threatens to expose her lover for being an illegal immigrant. Niko regrets his actions after tricking Phyllis into signing over the deeds of the house, but his attempts to make amends end in violence and death
