• Episode 1 - Fungus is worried as he has been spotted by a human. Meanwhile he and Mildew are despairing of their teenage son Mould, who is starting to wash regularly. Fungus decides that he will take Mould 'up top' to cure him of his unhealthy obession. Up top, after a very successful night of scaring, Fungus and Mould are spotted by Jessica, a dry cleaner. During the panic that ensues, Fungus and Mould get separated

• Episode 2 - Fungus returns home in shame having lost Mould 'up top', but Mould finds his own way home. Unfortunately, he was spotted by Jessica, who grabbed him as he fled through the Bogeyhole, and was dragged into Bogeydom, provoking a crisis. Mildew's sister Septic grows suspicious but when she and Gunge confront Fungus they find that the room where they thought Jessica was held is empty

• Episode 3 - Mould and Jessica become friends but Jessica manages to escape back home. Fungus and Mildew determine that Fungus and Mould shall go back above ground to find Jessica, make sure she hasn't told anyone and if she has, either bring he back or block up the Bogeyhole. Jessica has told her parents about her adventures, and her father sees this as his chance to advance his newspaper career and get the big story
